CRYOPERL® can be processed without problems even under extremely complicated geometric conditions. This is ensured by the pourability of the material, which is available in four different grain sizes. The exchange of the insulation material usually begins with the extraction of the used perlite. For this purpose, we use modern vacuum silo vehicles that pick up the used insulation comfortably and quickly. Afterwards, the delivered or on-site expanded CRYOPERL® is filled into the plant with the help of hoses at a height of up to 70m. Due to the pourability of CRYOPERL®, the insulation material automatically reaches the right place. Specially trained application technicians who specialise in the new filling and refilling of low-temperature systems are responsible for the filling.
After removal, the used CRYOPERL® is used to loosen agricultural soils, where it ensures better growth results while reducing the need for fertiliser. CRYOPERL® is thus a characteristically circular product.
